Swyft’s Mobile Engagement Platform Adds Self-Service, Clickable Stickers and Re-Targeting Features
Over the past few years, brands and marketers have become more savvy on just how impactful the mobile messaging space can be when it comes to reaching and engaging consumers. eMarketer predicts that more than a quarter of the world will use messaging apps by 2019 – with more than 1.4 billion people using them at the end of last year. Increasingly, brands like Chick-Fil-A, eBay, Kellogg’s and The Carolina Hurricanes are using mobile messaging as a primary way to reach consumers, create brand awareness and create new revenue opportunities.
We have rolled out a number of new features to our Mobile Engagement Platform that provides brands and marketers with insight and control of their campaigns within mobile messaging and personalization apps – with a clearer path to direct ROI opportunities.
New features to the Swyft Mobile Engagement Platform include:
- Self-service option: this enable brands, marketers and agencies to build, implement and execute campaigns across a variety of mobile apps. The can customize their campaign based on their most important KPIs like budget, desired demographics, locations and reach. They also get access to Swyft’s reporting dashboards for analytics on campaign performance.
- Clickable stickers: allows brands to create a call to action right from the digital sticker. For example, brands can guide users to a direct-to-purchase opportunity of a product, or an awareness campaign like a movie trailer or advertisement, through URL strings attached to stickers within iOS and Android keyboard apps. Clickable stickers open up new revenue opportunities for brands and provide them with analytics on the influence that digital stickers have on consumer purchases.
- Retargeting capabilities enable brands to retarget customers with highly personalized content across a wide variety of mobile apps – based on the content they have engaged with in mobile messaging apps.
- Integration with Kochava offers third party analytics to verify Swyft Media-reported results, ensuring accuracy in reporting across campaigns.
